Jennifer Price from Archer Mathieson’s Executive Search Finance team was recently quoted in an interesting Sunday Times piece on recruitment during expansion or rapid growth.
“A business needs a clear plan for how it is going to grow. It has to anticipate the people it will need to get to where it wants to be, and the people it will need when it is there.”
